with a Microsoft Word document.
Please provide a
title/headline for article: 35 Characters per line. Two line maximum for
full page editorial programs.
Please include a
byline (name and title of author presenting the article). Be sure to include
any credentials (M.D., Ph.D., etc.)
If providing a
professional headshot, photo must be at least 300 dpi.
If providing a
bio, a 50 word bio is preferred.

created in Publisher, Word, Powerpoint, Ad Creator or Corel Draw. Allow at
least 1/8" bleed outside the trim on all sides for full-page bleed ads.
Allow 1/2" live area inside the trim for all full-page ads that are
non-bleed.
