Life Coaching – Helping You Awaken to Your True Nature

Many women unknowingly develop an outer “persona” that is out of alignment with their true nature. This persona slowly begins to emerge as a woman absorbs the values, beliefs, and standards of her family and society. A woman’s life then becomes driven by the “shoulds” of whom she should be rather than who she actually is. By living in this manner, a woman moves further and further away from her true nature. Life, as she knows it, can begin to feel very unfulfilling.

Path Seekers Life Coaching offers women the opportunity to awaken to who they truly are and begin to lead lives that are filled with what their heart desires. Coach Melinda provides a sacred space for women to go deep within and fully explore all of the elements that make up their personality. To support them in this process, women are given the RHETI, a personality assessment that helps them identify their particular personality type. There are nine distinct personality types with unique characteristics. The assessment helps women to identify their:

• Core Beliefs
• Behaviors and Beliefs That Are Constricting Growth
• Basic Fears and Desires
• Strengths
• Potential for Personal Growth

This assessment provides the key that can help women unlock the door to their hidden selves. Don Risso and Russ Hudson, the developers of the RHETI believe that this assessment can help us wake up to our authentic self and experience the beautiful unfolding of our personality.

Coach Melinda encourages women to awaken to the woman they were created to be. She offers women the opportunity to engage in powerful “one on one “coaching sessions and also conducts empowerment workshops that are held at specific locations in the tri- state area. Customized workshops are also available for women’s groups and corporations.
